Price grew up in country Victoria, Dimboola (Australia) where rocking roofs, pointing at strangers and getting kicked out of the pool for bombing were common place.

It was during this time he developed an interest in skateboarding and T-shirts graphics which at the time didn’t seem financially viable.

After acquiring a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Ballarat, Price moved to Melbourne working in numerous Design Agencies across a diverse range of mediums: print, interactive, publishing, animation and illustration.

After 10 years working as a Graphic Designer Price made the transition to Freelance Commercial Illustrator where he quickly built a reputation and folio of commercial projects joining the illustrious Jacky Winter Group’s folio of illustrators in 2008. He has since worked for some of Australia’s most innovative Advertising Agencies on projects for: Milo, Drumstick, Jack Daniels, Sony, Intel, Yellowpages, Big M, CUB Breweries, Virgin, FedEx, Commonwealth Bank, ABC, Comedy Channel, Vodafone, Island Def Jam Records, Warner Music…

An avid T-shirt and swing tag collector as a teenager, in 2007 Price combined his love of T-shirts and character creation to launch independent kids label Mister Mista with his wife Renee. This lead onto Price working with some of the biggest apparel brands nationally and internationally: Nike, Santa Cruz, Converse, Mambo, Neff, Rebel8, Johnny Cupcakes, Grand Scheme, 3rd Chapter, Orchill, Anyforty…

In 2012 Price partnered with fashion retailer Brendan Olver to launched Men’s T-shirt label Jimmy Royale and continues to release T-shirt ranges on a quarterly basis.

Price is respected internationally for for his evolution and experimentation of vector illustration and seen as a leader in the field.

He has spoken at many creative conferences of his journey and also presented vector workshops for numerous Universities of his techniques.

Price continues to work on a variety of commercial and apparel projects from his home studio in rural Victoria (Ballarat) surrounded by his young family.
