Mister Mista: Captain Static

Captain Static is the local radio disk jockey and broadcasts Monday to Friday from his beached pirate ship the “Ghetto Blaster”.
All he plays is rap and hip hop music and is always trying to sell his own self produced album “aye, I, captain”, which seems to be a lot like pre-existing songs with the words slightly changed – “Can’t torch this” and “Fight for your right to parlay” . Rumour has it he’s not a real pirate and sells copied CDs and DVDs at the local flea market.
